I would like to introduce you to the Holistic Health Massage.

A massage aimed to help you relax, reduce tension, stimulate blood circulation and encourage lymph drainage.

Combined into my massage, I make use of Bellabacci Cups to loosen deep muscle tension, stimulate blood circulation or aid with reduction in cellulite. 

My massage style is a combination of Lymph Drainage, Swedish and Deep Tissue massage.

The Deep Tissue massage has a touch of Thai Massage included.

We shall consult and confirm before the start of the massage whether you wish to relax, get rid of toxins or enjoy a combination of all three styles.

Full body:

60 Minutes @ N$450

90 Minutes @ N$500

Back & Neck:

30 Minutes @ N$350

45 Minutes @ N$400

Indian Head Massage including upper shoulders & neck:

 30 Minutes @ N$250

Shorter sessions with the focus on specific problem areas, 15 or 20 minutes, are also offered on request at N$150.00.

Indulge in a Lavender or Citrus Blend Body Scrub to invigorate and or exfoliate using local sea salt and Coconut oil including a relaxing foot, hand and head massage.
